Purchased my first scooter from CF Moto. After visiting Honda, Yamaha, and Suzuki dealerships I ended up with CF Moto under Motosrrada based on my experience during my inquiries… I appreciate competence and can do without the lip service. It is the most expensive among my shortlist of retro-scooters but it’s the one with all the features I was looking for.
I wasn’t pushed to choose a certain payment option or queue for allocation or other none-sense one usually experience when making a vehicle purchase. Sam, my sales person just gave me the pertinent information:
- Price and payment options
- Variant availability
- Schedule of deliverables.
The scoot was delivered the day after Iade my purchase. They called me and gave me a time which they upheld. No wasted energy. It was a frictionless and pleasant experience overall. One thng they can improve on is having test units for customers. Though I do understand that it’s a new product in the local market.
