A year after paying for the privilege to contribute to my local grid, the ERC generously sent me an email notifying me that my certificate is ready to be picked up at their office in Ortigas, Pasig. I don’t know what it is for, nor did any government representative inspected or advised me on my solar installation for it to be certified; And of course they won’t mail it to the address where the solar panels are permanently installed on, because fuck you.
I decided to get it since i already paid for it, after getting it, I ask myself why I even bothered.
